You can request deletion of your Stacker account and the personal data associated with it at any time.
Delete Your Account in Stacker
- Open Stacker and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Account.
- Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access your account or do not see a Delete Account option, email us from the email address connected to your Stacker account with the subject line “Delete my Stacker account.”

Please include the email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the deletion.
What Gets Deleted
When your request is completed, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your Stacker account, including profile information and app data tied to your account.
Retention
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or compliance purposes.
Third-Party Login Access
If you used a third-party login provider, you can also remove Stacker from that provider’s connected apps or permissions settings. Removing third-party access does not delete your Stacker account data by itself, so please also follow the deletion steps above.
